Having beers with my lil sis at Anacapa Brewery in Ventura, CA. It was awsome having her out for a visit & I wish i could get the rest of the family to make the trip.

After a grueling 4 hours and 38 minutes.. not to mention 3 boat rides and little sleep.. i passed the finish line of the Catalina Marathon.

It was a painful experience, and if i decide to run more marathons I vow to do some training pre-race from now on. Unconidioned marathons just plain Hurt too much.

CATALINA MARATHON

I don't know if I've got a marathon in me...but am testing the ol' body out tomorrow.

We'll just have to see how it goes in the end. And Neal told me the course is not too hilly.. then i saw this video... the second half is all about the catalina course w/ some great video footage.
